This Service Agreement outlines the standard framework that applies to every engagement between a client and the practice. Specific engagements are further defined by a written scope agreed at the start of the work.
The services provided are those described on the Services page and agreed in writing at engagement. Services outside the agreed scope are addressed by separate agreement.
The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information; for approving decisions that require client input; and for retaining their own copies of records and reports.
The practice is responsible for delivering the agreed services with reasonable professional care and skill, for maintaining confidentiality and for communicating clearly.
Fees are as published for fixed packages and as agreed in writing for ongoing engagements. Fees do not include third-party costs (such as software subscriptions) unless expressly stated.
Fixed engagements end on completion of the agreed work. Ongoing engagements continue on a rolling basis and may be terminated by either party with reasonable notice as set out in the individual engagement agreement.
This Service Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
