Formal engagement of the practice's services is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Fixed packages are quoted at the prices published on the website. Ongoing engagements are quoted individually and confirmed by written agreement.
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and timely information to enable the practice to deliver the agreed services and for retaining your own copies of records shared with the practice.
Fees are payable in advance for fixed-price packages via secure Stripe checkout. Ongoing engagements are invoiced monthly in accordance with the written agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the practice's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
All content on this website is the property of the practice and may not be reproduced without written permission, other than personal, non-commercial browsing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
